En bouche, le caract\u00e8re min\u00e9ral fait son apparition, nous rappelant un \u00e9clat de fraicheur, qui est la signature de ce c\u00e9page. Je propose ce vin d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, sur table avec une temp\u00e9rature de service de 12\u00b0 en verre \u00e0 vin blanc peu \u00e9vas\u00e9, pas de carafage n\u00e9cessaire car l&rsquo;expression est d\u00e9j\u00e0 optimale.
